Formenbau Teil 1 / moulding part 1
Hier ist die zweiteilige Form für den Tiefziehklotz zu sehen.
Here`s the two part mold for the canopy.
In diesen Formen werden dann die Klötze für das Tiefziehen erstellt. Dies hat dann für mich mein Freund Bogo von MIBO Modellbau in Slowenien erledigt.
Blocks are to be made from these molds, wich act as a positive for vac forming the glass canopy. This job has been done from my friend Bogo from the MIBOJETS company in Slovenia.
Die Formen wurden noch vor dem aufbringen der Haubenrahmendetails gemacht, dadurch sind dann die später angefertigten Glasteile etwas größer und können von innen in den Haubenrahmen geklebt werden.
It was important to make the molds at this stage, because the same block was used to add the metal structure that creates the canopy frames.
Die ersten Teile sind nun mit ihren Trennebenen für den Formenbau versehen.
