Bau Prototyp Rumpf Teil 1 / prototype fuselage part 1
Die Formen wurden zunächst mit Grundierwachs versehen, danach wurde mit der Lackierpistole Trennlack (Folientrennmittel/PVA) aufgetragen.
All molds are first waxed, then sprayed with a layer of PVA release film.
Als nächstes wird das Vorgelat (Polyetser-Deckschichtharz) ebenfalls mit der Lackierpistole einlackiert. Das Vorgelat wurde mit Farbpaste grau eingefärbt und wird mit Aceton auf eine Lackierfähige Konsistenz eingestellt.
The surface of the ready fuselage is Polyester gelcoat, this has to be sprayed in the molds. It is coloured gray and thinned using acetone.
Nun wird die erste Lage eingebracht, darauf folgen einige Kohlefaserverstärkungen. Danach eine weitere Lage Glasgewebe.
Then the first layer of glass can be laminated, followed by carbon reinforcements and a final layer of glass.
In das nasse Glasgewebelaminat werden die Stützstoffzuschnitte eingelegt und etwas beschwert.
The sandwich parts have to be applied to the “wet”glassfibre and are held in place with ballast.
Es folgen nun weitere Kohlefaserverstärkungen und die Innenlage aus Glasgewebe.

Als nächstes dann Abreißgewebe und die Lochfolie.
Next layers : peel ply and perforated film.
Dann eine Lage aus Stoff oder Absaugflies. Diese sorgt für das gleichmäßige verteilen des Vakuums und saugt überschüssiges Harz auf.
The final layer is fabric to distribute the vacuum and suck excessive resin.
Das ganze verschwindet nun im Vakuumsack. Nach dem anlegen des Vakuums ( ca. 0,8 bar Unterdruck) wird das aufgesaugte Harz in der Stofflage sichtbar.
The whole thing disappears in the vacuum bag. The needed vacuum is around 0.8 bar.The vacuum let the fabric suck off the resin through the perforated film.
